What will one of these homes actually cost?
This a great question which prospective clients want to know the answer to BEFORE they buy Orlando vacation homes.
When you find a property you wish to purchase you will need to add approximately 2% in closing costs if paying cash. If you are using a mortgage then you will need around 5% in closing costs. Overseas buyers will need to pay 30% down in order to get a mortgage.
You will also need to furnish your property and we recommend that you allocate 10% of the base price of the home for this. This is NOT a fixed amount just a recommended amount based upon furnishing a property to a better than average standard, which will be required in order to get the best price on the rental market.
